Terms and Conditions
There are some conditions where treatment is inadvisable. If you are buying a gift voucher for someone who is on medication or with a long term medical condition please ask them to check with their GP before having treatment. Please call or email me for advice if you are unsure.
Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and have written consent.
Terms & Conditions of Gift Vouchers
- Only valid when signed and dated by Helen Githiomi.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are non refundable.
- Change will be given in gift vouchers when a purchase is made for less than the face value of the voucher.
- Vouchers may only be used once and must be handed to the therapist at the time of treatment.
- Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Vouchers being used for appointments beyond a 10 mile radius of Crediton will incur a £10 surcharge.
