I first went to see Helen Githiomi over twelve months ago after having being
recommended by a friend to have a massage and physio advice on a shoulder
that I was suffering pain and restricted movement with. Over this period of
time I have experienced massage, healing and counseling with Helen.
I have a history of ill health which has led me over the years to having various
problems. At the time of my first session with Helen I was not only having physical
problems, but also going through the tail end of a very nasty divorce which was
causing me a great deal of distress and finding closure on my 16 year relationship
difficult to cope with.
After my first massage I was delighted to have more movement and less pain in
the shoulder, as my general health had been discussed before treatment
commenced Helen mentioned that healing may be something to think about
for my over all well being. I felt so much better after my first session I started
to see Helen on a regular weekly basis for both massage and healing and found
that my general health improved no end, my discomfort eased and my energy
levels increased.
I had been to many beauty salon/spa's for massage in the past but felt that the
massage given by Helen to be far more superior and beneficial probably due
to her medical physiotherapy background. Before I experienced healing I
would not have believed it was possible for it to be so relaxing and up lifting
to my overall feeling of well being and I am convinced that it has eased many
of my ailments.
Through the counseling sessions I found Helen easy to talk to, sharing my fears
and trauma of past events that had been effecting my approach to life, she was
able to talk me through certain things I had not been able to come to terms with
and make sense of why I felt and reacted to certain situations the way I did
Helen offered solutions to change unhealthy thought patterns which have
been invaluable.
I can not recommend Helen highly enough and feel blessed to have found
someone who has helped me heal so much both physically, mentally
and spiritually.

treatment, she took the trouble to explain to me where the pain was coming from
